After Earth Day came and went, the Zenfolio team decided to explore beyond the four walls of our Zenfolio HQ office in Menlo Park and ventured to The Redwoods in Marin County. This is one of the prettiest places in the San Francisco Bay Area and that’s really saying something considering that the Bay Area is the most gorgeous place to live in the world. Okay, maybe we’re a little biased, but it was a great excuse to get out of the office.
Given our shared love for photography, it made perfect sense to conduct a photo scavenger hunt during our excursion. There are Zenfolio Meetup groups that do the very same thing – get outdoors to partake in a photo scavenger hunt (any excuse to take photos really). Here are some snapshots from our marketing team outing, as we went for a hike, cameras in hand, with a tasty destination lunch at The Pelican Inn. Conveniently, this last image was also the last item to complete for the scavenger hunt. Any guesses as to what the task was to complete the hunt?
If this piqued your interest in photo scavenger hunts or you simply want to find other folks engaged in the photography community, then check out the Zenfolio Meetup groups to find one near you. If there isn’t one near you, then we can give you the resources to start your own. It’s quick, simple and loads of fun. Maybe next time we can feature YOUR meetup photo scavenger hunts photos.
