We’re thrilled to announce several new updates this month. Get a sneak peek at what your online store could look like, view orders and bookings in our recently released Contact Center, receive your self-fulfillment payouts faster and so much more!

Introducing gallery preview – a way to imagine your online store:

If you’ve been thinking of selling your images online but haven’t had the time to set up e-commerce, now is your chance to see what your store could look like. With our new gallery preview functionality, you can view your gallery photos in a shop-like experience without having to apply a price list or connect a payment method.

Obtain a more detailed view into each contact and their history:

We’re continuing to enhance Contacts, a centralized location where all your contacts are being stored.

  • View orders to better understand the value and the type of products your contacts are ordering. 
  • Get an at-a-glance view into upcoming bookings and gallery links you’ve shared. Contacts get automatically populated each time a guest downloads an image from a public gallery and provides you with an email address. 
  • Easily look up individuals by using the search bar for an organized list view of your contacts.

For all of our existing customers, we’ve added any contacts you had (e.g., from galleries, orders, and bookings) into Contacts so they’re readily organized for you. 

Faster payments for self-fulfillment:

We’ve made your payouts faster. You’ll now receive payment in your account within five days from the time you approve your self-fulfilled orders.

Add a location block to your website template: 

Let your clients easily find your studio by using the location block to show your business on a map. The location block is included in all templates by default.  

Never run out of photo storage:

If you require extra photo storage, it is now available for purchase in your account under Add-Ons & Tools. 

Share video files in your client galleries:

Share video links privately in your client galleries and provide video as part of your pre-sold packages. Login to your account to upload your videos or watch this video to help you get started.
