New Features Available for ProSuite Plan: QR Code Workflow & Product Builder
These features enhance Zenfolio’s tools for volume photographers, simplifying gallery management and product creation.
QR Code Workflow
Streamline the process of creating, organizing, and delivering galleries.
Bulk Gallery Generation:
Photographers can generate galleries in bulk fromCSV participant data, and each entry automatically paired to a unique QR code. For jobs where you don’t have subject data, galleries can also be created manually by specifying the number of galleries and the naming convention, with Zenfolio generating them automatically.
Automated Image Sorting:
Uploaded photos are assigned to the correct galleries using QR codes, while group shots are automatically duplicated into the appropriate individual galleries.
Export Options:
Export gallery data (CSV or PDF) for all galleries in a folder for easy CRM or school admin system integration.
Built-In Quality Assurance:
To ensure accuracy, the workflow includes a built-in quality assurance process. Photographers can define parameters to flag potential errors, then review and resolve them in a centralized QA dashboard. Client Experience Control:
QR reference images can be hidden from client view, allowing customers to browse their galleries in a clean, professional interface.
Product Builder
Design and offer custom products like Memory Mates or collages that clients can personalize on their own and reuse for future orders.
Easily add to price list:
Assign categories, set the price, and make products available for client shopping.
Client Shopping Experience:
Customers can select these products alongside their gallery images, personalize them with photos and text, and preview the final design before ordering.
Fulfillment Options:
Fulfillment is available through integrated lab partners for 5×7 and 8×10 products, as well as digital downloads.
These updates provide a more efficient, scalable workflow for photographers and give clients more flexibility in choosing beautiful custom products.
