We’ve added SMS Delivery and Magic Link access to all NextZen accounts, giving photographers faster, more reliable ways to deliver galleries and ensure clients can open them without friction.
SMS Delivery
- SMS Delivery for Galleries — Send clients a text with a direct link to their gallery as soon as it’s ready.
- SMS Delivery for Folders — Deliver folder access via SMS for simplified viewing across multiple galleries.
- Bulk Send via Volume Workflows — Deliver galleries via SMS from QR Code workflow and bulk gallery registration.
- Shortened, Trackable Links — SMS messages include shortened links to improve readability and give you visibility into delivery and access.
- Compliance & Opt-out Support — All SMS notifications include built-in opt-out handling to support trusted, professional communication.
Plan availability: All NextZen plans include SMS Delivery, with monthly allotments based on your subscription.
- Basic: 500 SMS/month
- Professional: 2,500 SMS/month
- Advanced: 5,000 SMS/month
Result: Move through page updates more quickly and recover deleted pages before they’re permanently removed.
Magic Link & Access Code
- Magic Link Access — Clients click once and land directly in their gallery. No account required, no password to create or remember.
- Resend & Copy Controls — Resend a Magic Link in seconds or copy it directly into a text message or any other channel.
- Smart Identity Verification — Security checks appear only when context requires them (new device, expired session), keeping the experience smooth for returning clients.
- Optional Password Creation — Clients who prefer a password can create one, and their browser will remember it correctly going forward.
