Save time and streamline your workflow with pre-made gallery email templates designed to engage your clients:
Communicating with your clients is a critical component of your business. As your photography business expands, creating client communication can become very time consuming. Use our brand-new email templates to communicate with your customers and guests easily and professionally. The templates can be effortlessly customized with your brand tone, style, and logo.
How to create email templates:
In your Zenfolio account, go to the Communication Center found on the left side navigation and click on the Templates tab. Choose from one of the default email templates we’ve already created, saving you tons of time.
- Client Gallery Share
- Client and Guest Gallery Share
- Guest Gallery Invitation
- Public Gallery Share
- Restricted Gallery Share (sharing a private gallery)
Under Content, you can use email variables to add important information, such as gallery links, passwords, expiration dates and more without having to copy and paste the information or worry about accuracy.
You can adjust the templates to match your tone and style and choose your preferred color scheme and image layout under Design.
Change your gallery presets at any time:
Want to save even more time? If you’ve already uploaded your gallery and want to change your existing preset, you can now quickly modify gallery settings with the new preset tab.
