Photographers work fast, deliver often, and need tools that keep pace. These new Zenfolio feature enhancements were built to simplify your workflow, remove friction, and help your clients engage with your work more naturally.

Below is a quick overview of what’s new—and why it matters.

Who these updates are for:

These enhancements support everyday photographers across all genres, especially those who:

  • Deliver multiple galleries per client or session
  • Manage large numbers of galleries and need faster setup
  • Want smoother buying experiences that lead to higher sales
  • Run school, sports, event, portrait, lifestyle, or wedding workflows
  • Want cleaner, more intuitive mobile viewing experiences
  • Need the freedom to build price lists their way

Whether you’re client-based, event-based, or volume-based, these updates help reduce manual work and elevate how clients explore, select, and purchase your images.

What’s new in Zenfolio (feature enhancements.)

Packages across galleries (let clients build one package from multiple galleries.)

Clients can now build a single package using images from multiple galleries, as long as the galleries share the same price list. Perfect for events, school days, multi-day shoots, family sessions, or any time clients have favorites across more than one gallery.

Bulk price list updates (update pricing across folders in seconds.)

Update pricing for an entire folder—and all nested subfolders—in one action. No resetting passwords, no losing client access, no gallery-by-gallery updates. Just choose a new price list and apply it everywhere you need.

Visit the support guide for the steps to update a folder’s price list.

Gallery keyword search (help clients find photos faster.)

Clients can now search inside a gallery using:

  • Titles
  • Keywords
  • Tags
  • Display names
  • Descriptions

This works beautifully within galleries where you’ve enabled Auto-Tag & Describe to make them instantly more accessible and personal.

Mobile pinch and zoom (a smoother mobile gallery experience.)

Clients can now zoom into the details of your images directly from the mobile lightbox. A closer look at expressions, textures, and small moments—then a smooth return to full view—all inside their personalized gallery.

Add lab products to any price list (more flexibility, no starting over.)

Start with any type of price list—Self-Fulfilled, Digital Only, or Lab Fulfilled—and add additional lab products at any time. More flexibility, more selling options; no need to start over.

What we love about these features:

  • They remove unnecessary limitations. Clients can shop the way they naturally want to—across multiple galleries, on mobile, and with confidence.
  • They cut down setup time. Bulk price list updates and flexible product lists mean fewer repetitive clicks and more time for the creative work you actually enjoy.
  • They reduce support questions from your customers. Keyword Search helps clients find the right photos faster, lowering the “Do you have a photo of…?” messages, and encourages clients to buy more of your images.
  • They elevate the buying experience. Pinch & Zoom gives clients a premium, modern way to experience your photography—especially on mobile.
  • They help you grow on your terms. Whether you’re expanding your offerings, streamlining your workflow, or preparing for busy season, these updates give you more freedom and control—and help clients to buy their images from you.

One place for everything from proofing to selling.
